With the latest news on December 30th being more areas around the UK are going into Tier 4, we sadly have to remain closed until the salon is moved into a different tier.
There as yet, is no update regarding the next announcement to give any idea how long this will continue for
We can’t therefore accept any new appointments so the online booking portal will remain closed.
From Monday January 4th the salon phone will be manned 10.30 -12.30 and 4.30 – 6.30 so if you have any enquiries or require help we are available during these times
Products will be posted out again once a week (Fridays) so if you’d like to place an order please get in touch by the Thursday
The product prices are as follows
bond is £44.70 inc postage
Shampoo £19.70 inc postage
Conditioner £19.70 inc postage
(If bought together £34,70 inc postage)
UV spray £24.70
Moisture lock serum £28.70
I will send out a maintenance kit FOC along with any products purchased or they can be bought for £10
I will require payment prior to posting products but as I am not in the salon we will agree a time for me to call to take payment over the phone
Alternatively you can pay online and the banking details can be forwarded on upon request
Deliveries have resumed from Total Cover Plus as the ports have reopened and they are also back from their Christmas break, if bespoke systems arrive you will be notified
If you’d like to order a system to have in the salon ready for the reopening please let me know and again we can coordinate a time for me to call and collect payment or you can pay online

If you have an appointment booked you will be contacted to reschedule as soon as we know when we can reopen.
Obviously those with scheduled appointments take priority over those requesting appointments
As in the November lockdown once we have rescheduled the first wave of appointments the online booking portal will be reopened, and rather than us calling you to schedule appointments we suggest to be proactive and book yourself in – this has proven far quicker than us calling as I have spent 2 days each time booking appointments
